Job description

- Proactively engaging with customers to manage their digital multi-channel Marketing Automation projects.
- Understanding customers’ business problems and helping them solve them
- Engaging with customers’ business and technical staff, e.g. in discovery workshops, to find the right solutions for their Marketing Cloud projects
- Challenging the customers’ thinking and status quo
- Understanding of end-to-end the project development from requirement specifications to deployment
- Translating business requirements into software design
- Creating technical specifications and contributing to the functional specification
- Supporting sales during the pre-sales phase
- Developing an end-to-end solution plan and, depending on the project organization, acting as a technical lead for the project from initial kickoff through requirements analysis, design, and implementation phases to go-live
- Proactively highlighting project risks to the project manager
- Taking part in workshops either alone or together with consultants and business stakeholders; actively contributing by providing recommendations (not only implementing exactly what the customer is asking for if needed)

Qualifications required

- Strong knowledge of web development technologies and databases
- Presenting and communicating technical topics to people without a technical background
- Understanding the purpose of the solution from the business point of view
- Acting as a bridge between the business and development team(s)
- Proactive mindset Marketing automation and/or digital marketing experience
- Ability to design system architectures and data models

A plus if you can check any of these:
- Experience with Marketing Cloud
- Experience with other marketing automation solutions eg. Adobe Marketing Cloud -
- Experience in marketing automation technical deployment, CRM solutions
- Experience with Salesforce platform and development
- Experience with DMP solutions
- Understanding of marketing KPIs and analytics
