Job description

1. Responsible for engineering, designing, and implementing Salesforce solutions—including writing specifications, design/layout, coding, agile team principles and leadership
2. Working with stakeholders to help refine requirements and develop to those requirements
3. Taking impactful features from idea to implementation - 
4. Champion best practices and guide and influence team on leveraging such practices.
5. Communicate status, risks to schedules, and offer mitigation strategies to ensure on-time delivery of all committed projects across the delivery teams
6. Elegantly bring designs to life using standards-compliant dynamic HTML, CSS, and our internal JavaScript MVC framework (Lightning, similar to Angular, React, etc.)
7. Brainstorm and prototype new concepts and approaches fast, turning prototypes into real things.
8. Work with product owner to meet the demands of our customers, while at the same time continuing to innovate far beyond the competition.
9. Build strong relationships across the business, that may be leveraged to product better products and solutions. Be a team player in a highly collaborative environment.

Qualifications required

1. 5+ years of experience as a Salesforce Developer
2. JavaScript background 
3. Experience with front-end web UI debugging
4. Lightning, integrations and experience with data migration is a must
5. Worked previously with any of the following JavaScript frameworks/libraries: React, jQuery, Angular or similar
6. Deep understanding of web standards & technologies (ex. HTTP, REST and JSON). 
7. Salesforce Administrator Certification 
8. Salesforce Platform Developer Certification

1. Experience with Lightning Web Components (LWC) 
2. Experience working at-scale by reusing components and code to push apps out fast

4. Able to design and write well-structured, easily maintainable, well-documented code that balances beauty and pragmatism.
5. Expert knowledge of Object Oriented (OO) design patterns such as MVC.
6. Experience with Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery tools like Jenkins, and Perforce/GIT.
7. Experience working with Agile/Scrum methodology.
8. Experience with automation, test strategy and passion for quality.
9. Passionate about web development and up to date with the latest developments in your field.
10. International Project Experience

12. Salesforce Marketing Cloud Developer Certification
